Dr. Miglietta has recently been appointed as Chief Advisor on Trauma and Critical Care Surgery,
Medical Intelligence, Tactical Emergency Medical Care, for PSG - the Protector Services Group. PSG
is a London based, privately owned, security and risk management company with offices in London,
Los Angeles, New York, Dubai, Singapore and Sydney, and affiliate offices in 40 other countries
worldwide. A specialist provider of tailored security solutions for complex international challenges.
Dr. Miglietta and Global Medical Guardians have become a Corporate Partner of ResQglobal, an
independent, neutral organisation providing an immediate international rescue service for victims
of disaster worldwide, regardless of race, politics or religion. Dr. Miglietta will advise on the Medical
Training of the ResQglobal Pathfinder Group, Search and Rescue Team, as well as Gold / Silver
Command with regards to Medical Intelligence and Field Based Medical Operations.
Dr. Miglietta and Global Medical Guardians have engaged in a Joint Venture with Quintessentially
Secure, a member company of Quintessentially the worlds leading concierge and luxury worldwide
group.. Dr. Miglietta and the Board of Quintessentially Secure, are actively developing tailored
medical services as both a part of bespoke security solutions, and as a medical service in its own
right, in particular for high, ultra high net worth, private family offices and corporate clients.

President of GMG recgonized in CRAIN's BUSINESS
Dr. Miglietta recognized as one of Crain's Forty under 40 class of 2008. Culled from nearly 1,000
nominations, this diverse group of individuals includes rising stars of the corporate world,
successful entrepreneurs, nonprofit leaders, and individuals who ply their talents in medicine,
education and the arts. Each year Crain's New York Business selects 40 outstanding individuals,
who have made a major impact in their respective industries before the age of 40.
FLEOA Law Enforcement Award
Dr. Miglietta has received the 2006 National Award for Civilian Excellence from the Federal Law
Enforcement Officers Association (FLEOA). The FLEOA, a nonpartisan, professional association,
represents more than 25,000 federal agents from over 65 different federal law enforcement
agencies.
The honor was conveyed in recognition of Dr. Miglietta's service as a trauma surgeon and a leader
in providing trauma services to federal law enforcement agents in New York City. Through a mobile
trauma unit that he established and directs, Dr. Miglietta supports the U.S. Secret Service (USSS) in
New York and provides trauma triage training to federal law enforcement agents assigned to the
Secret Service New York Field Office (NYFO). Dr. Miglietta sponsors 11 USSS personnel in the NYFO
who are certified EMTs and has provided each with the opportunity to participate in clinical
rotations under his supervision.
Homeland Security Foundation Award
June 26, 2007, The Federal Enforcement Homeland Security Foundation (FEHSF) presented Dr.
Maurizio Miglietta with an award honoring his work with New York law enforcement.
The FEHSF is a non-profit corporation formed to assist Federal Agents and law enforcement
officials through supporting their families with emergency funding, financial assistance and
community outreach.
